All three hyperscalers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and Google GCP) each have their own Cloud adoption framework which is all worth reading. Automize Adoption is based on the best of these three frameworks. We have taken the various topics and tried to extract the essence in what we call "Cloud Team" and when we build new cloud solutions this is our starting point.
In connection with Cloud projects, several have become acquainted with the term Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) as the all-encompassing and cool buzzword. It has been important for Automize Adoption to embrace much more than that, as the other features contained in this framework are at least as important and CCoE cannot do so alone in our view.
